### Overview


Transcripter turns recordings and imported audio files into transcripts on your iPhone. This policy explains how the app handles recordings, transcripts, purchases, and advertising-related data.


### Local Storage


Recordings, imported audio files, transcripts, and app settings are stored locally on your device. Transcripter does not operate its own server for audio files or transcript contents, and the developer does not collect your recordings or transcript text on a separate server.


### Speech Recognition


Transcripter uses Apple Speech features for transcription. Depending on your device, language, iOS settings, and Apple Speech availability, transcription may be processed on device or may use Apple server-based processing. Transcripter does not send your audio to a developer-operated server.


### Importing Audio


You may import audio files from iOS file providers or share audio files from other apps, including Apple Voice Memos when iOS allows sharing the recording as a file. Imported files are copied into the app's local storage on your device.


### Advertising


The free version of Transcripter includes Google AdMob banner advertising. Google AdMob may process data such as device identifiers, approximate location, product interaction, advertising data, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic data for advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention, security, and analytics under Google's policies.


Personalized advertising may involve tracking across apps and websites when allowed by iOS App Tracking Transparency settings. You can manage tracking permission in iOS Settings.


### Purchases


Transcripter Pro is an optional non-consumable in-app purchase that removes the home banner ad. Purchases and restores are handled by Apple through the App Store.


### Changes


This policy may be updated when the app's features, data practices, or third-party services change. If the policy changes, the updated version will be made available through the App Store product page or another public link provided by the developer.
