Routine Timer Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Routine Timer. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Utility only

Routine Timer is a convenience tool for organizing and timing ordinary routines. It is not an alarm, emergency, medical, safety-critical, or professional timing service. Notifications and timers can be delayed or suppressed by device settings, power state, Focus modes, operating-system behavior, or other conditions. Keep independent safeguards for any activity where missed timing could cause harm or loss.

Your routines

You are responsible for the routine names, steps, durations, and actions you configure. Routine content is stored locally on your device. You must not use the app for unlawful activity.

Advertising and purchases

The free app may show advertising outside active-timer surfaces. An optional lifetime purchase removes ads for the Apple account under Apple’s purchase and restore rules. Pricing and availability appear in the app and may vary by storefront. Except where required by law, billing and refunds are handled by Apple.

Availability and changes

The app is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change to maintain compatibility, privacy, safety, or service quality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or exact notification delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
