SizeSeal Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to your use of SizeSeal. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. Your App Store license is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement and do not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

2. The app

SizeSeal is an iPhone utility that processes a photo on the device, attempts to fit a copy under a user-selected file-size cap, reports the resulting byte count, and lets the user save or share that copy. The free app may display an advertising banner after a verified result is available.

3. Your photos and rights

You keep ownership of photos and other content you process. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use, modify, save, and share that content. The publisher does not claim ownership of your photos.

4. File-size results

SizeSeal is designed to produce an output whose encoded file size is at or below the selected cap and to display the verified output byte count. A receiving website, form, messaging service, or other third party may re-encode a file or impose additional rules for format, dimensions, metadata, or content. You are responsible for confirming that an output meets all requirements of the destination service.

5. Saving and sharing

Your original photo is not intentionally modified. A result is added to Photos only when you tap “Save to Photos.” Sharing is performed through Apple’s system share features. You should keep any source material or important output you need.

6. Advertising and third-party services

SizeSeal uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Advertising and consent services are subject to the applicable Google terms and privacy practices. Apple’s photo picker, photo library, and share sheet are subject to Apple’s platform terms.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it except where law permits, use it to violate another person’s rights, or use it for unlawful content or activity.

8. Availability and changes

The app may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Compatibility and performance can vary by device, operating system, photo, storage, network, and third-party service.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SizeSeal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular destination, or acceptance by a third-party service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, missed submissions, rejected uploads, or third-party actions arising from use of the app. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited as allowed by applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the app or legal requirements change. The updated date above will be revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
